The old adage “don’t judge a book by its cover” is important for both employers and job seekers to keep in mind. Give every opportunity a chance, you just might be surprised with what you learn!
The biggest mistake I see employers or job seekers make is:
Ruling a company or candidate out based on reputation or resume – be open to hearing about every opportunity. The best placements generally come from the most unexpected places.

I love being active – you can find me running, cycling, golfing, hiking, skiing, or swimming when I’m not at work. I also enjoy exploring all of the museums and restaurants that New York has to offer!
